Effective date: September 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of wardkeep.ai and the Wardkeep apps: Wardkeep Snap™ (snap.wardkeep.ai), Wardkeep Detail™ (detail.wardkeep.ai) and Wardkeep Recovery™ (recovery.wardkeep.ai), together called “Wardkeep.” Wardkeep is operated by Mark J. Siebert, doing business as Wardkeep (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Wardkeep, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wardkeep.
1. Who can use Wardkeep
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@wardkeep.ai if you think someone else has accessed it.
2. What Wardkeep does, and what it doesn’t
Wardkeep helps you photograph, list and organise the things you own, and prepare documentation you can use with an insurance claim. Wardkeep is a record-keeping tool.
- We are not an insurance company, agent, broker, public adjuster or law firm, and we’re not affiliated with any insurer.
- Nothing in Wardkeep is insurance, legal, tax or financial advice.
- We can’t promise that an insurer will accept your documentation, or pay any particular amount on a claim.
3. Photo Scan and AI-generated estimates
Photo Scan uses artificial intelligence to identify items in your photos and suggest replacement values. Those suggestions are estimates, not appraisals. They can be wrong: an item may be missed, misidentified or valued too high or too low. You review and approve every item before it’s saved, and you can edit any of it. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the inventory you keep and anything you submit to an insurer. For high-value items such as jewellery, art or collectibles, get a professional appraisal.
Voice editing works the same way: the app proposes changes from what you say, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.
4. Plans and pricing
- Wardkeep Snap is free.
- Free Detail room: you can save one room in Wardkeep Detail at no charge, with Photo Scan included. A free room is kept for 30 days. After that it can no longer be edited, but you can still download your export. Expired free rooms are deleted 90 days after they lock, and we email you before that happens.
- Wardkeep Detail is a subscription at $7.99 per month, unless a different price is shown when you sign up.
- Wardkeep Recovery is a paid upgrade, priced as shown at checkout.
- Claim Pack is a one-time purchase of $149.
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include any taxes that apply. We may change prices. If we raise the price of a subscription you already have, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the payment method on file, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing info@wardkeep.ai. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep paid access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
6. Your content
Your photos, receipts, recordings and inventory records belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Wardkeep for you. That includes sending photos and recordings to our AI provider to produce Photo Scan results and voice edits. We don’t sell your content, and we don’t use it to advertise to anyone else. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can export your inventory at any time. Only upload content you have the right to use.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use Wardkeep to create false or inflated insurance claims, to break the law, to upload anything you don’t have rights to, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or close an account that does.
8. Keep your own backup
We work to keep your data safe and available, but no service is perfect. Export your inventory regularly and keep a copy somewhere other than your home.
9. Disclaimers
Wardkeep is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that Wardkeep will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI estimates will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. That includes the outcome of any insurance claim and any lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Wardkeep is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Where possible, we’ll give you notice and a chance to export your data first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll email you or post a notice in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Wardkeep after that, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
