Free plans

Wardkeep Snap and the free Detail room cost nothing and never ask for a card. There’s nothing to cancel. Your free room is kept for 30 days, and you can download your export at any time.

Wardkeep Detail and Recovery subscriptions

• Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing info@wardkeep.ai. No fees, and no need to call anyone.
• After you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• First-charge refund: if you email us within 7 days of your first subscription charge, we’ll refund it in full.
• After that, we don’t refund part-used billing periods.
• If we charged you by mistake, for example after you cancelled, we’ll refund it in full.

Claim Pack ($149, one-time)

We know you may be buying the Claim Pack in the middle of a loss, so we keep this simple:

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t yet generated or downloaded your claim documents.
• Once your claim documents have been generated, the Claim Pack isn’t refundable. If something isn’t working, write to us and we’ll put it right.

Your data after cancelling

Cancelling doesn’t delete your inventory. You can still sign in and download your export. We keep a cancelled account’s data for 90 days, then delete it. We’ll email you before anything is deleted. To have your data deleted straight away, email info@wardkeep.ai.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@wardkeep.ai from the address on your account and tell us what you bought. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
